Barebells launches Pistachio Spread, a new kind of gooey protein bar, in Sweden
It was worth the wait. Barebells is introducing a new protein format to the Swedish market: Pistachio Spread. With a gooey centre unlike anything you’ve tasted in a protein bar before, 15 grams of protein and no added sugar, this bar marks the beginning of a whole new era of texture.
For the first time, Barebells presents a protein bar with pistachio in Sweden. Created for those who crave a softer, creamier bite, Pistachio Spread delivers a silky chocolate coating that hides a luscious, green pistachio filling at its core. Inspired by the indulgent pistachio and chocolate combination loved around the world, this bar is a bite-sized treasure designed to melt in your mouth.
With its 45-gram format, Pistachio Spread is slightly smaller than Barebells Original and Soft Bars – but generously filled to make room for its dreamy, gooey centre. Small in size, yet rich in flavour and texture, it offers a new kind of protein experience for Swedish consumers.
“Pistachio and chocolate is a combination many have been waiting for. With Pistachio Spread, we are not only launching a highly requested flavour, but also introducing a completely new bar format to Sweden. It is indulgent, creamy and something truly different within the protein bar category,” says Isa Galvan, Global Brand Manager at Barebells.
Pistachio Spread launches in Sweden on February 24 and will be available through retailers nationwide. The gooey bar format first launched in Germany by the end of last year.
