Rob’s Chocolate Hazelnut & Nougat Pancakes

Ingredients:
100ml milk
1 large egg
1 large egg white
70g porridge oats
1/3 tsp baking powder
1 Barebells Proteinbar Hazelnut & Nougat
Coconut oil

Method: 
1. Chop up your protein bar.
2. Blend the rest of the ingredients.
3. Stir half of the finely chopped bar into the pancake mix.
4. Use plenty of coconut oil and cook each pancake for 45 seconds or so on each side on a high heat. Stack them up as you go. I use a large pan and do three at once.
5. Sprinkle over the rest of the bar and drizzle on whatever syrup you fancy.
